Must have good understanding of end-to-end test methodology
Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Prepare Manual test scenarios, test cases, test data
Use Test design techniques to create quality test cases
Expertise in ALM full-flow from entry of requirement to reports
Execute test cases manually, log defects, take defect reports
Co-ordinate with development team to resolved and retest defects
Perform regression testing, retesting
Profile Requirements
About 4-8years in manual testing
Knowledge of automation execution is advantage
Independently able to handle customer - Briefing and convincing on solution, prepare presentations to communicate automation issues and recommendations to overcome issues
